TS Card Tracker Support

Keep track of cards by moving them between deck/discard/removed and the two players' hands.

When you reshuffle, any cards still in the deck will be moved to your opponent's hand.

Before you reshuffle, make sure to check if Shuttle Diplomacy has come back to the discard pile.

Add Mid and Late cards when you reach those stages.
